How fresh is your seafood?

We select seafood from trusted suppliers, process it promptly in hygienic conditions and keep it chilled throughout handling and delivery.

Can I choose how my seafood is cleaned and cut?

Yes. Available options appear on the product page. Visit our Cutting Guide if you need help choosing the preparation that best suits your recipe.

Will the final weight change after cleaning?

Yes. Cleaning, removing the head, shell, skin or bones reduces the final delivered weight. Product weight is measured before preparation unless stated otherwise.

How is my order packed?

Seafood is packed in food-safe material and kept chilled with gel ice to help maintain the cold chain during delivery.

How should I store seafood after delivery?

Refrigerate immediately at 0–4°C and cook within 24 hours. For longer storage, freeze promptly at −18°C and do not refreeze after thawing.

What should I do if there is an issue with my order?

Contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs. We will review the issue and help with the appropriate resolution.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Please contact us promptly. Once cleaning or cutting has started, an order may not be eligible for cancellation because it has been prepared specifically for you.
