Note: Minimum order is 2 kg. Available size: approximately 2–10 kg per fish, depending on fresh catch availability. Prices are based on weight before cleaning or cutting, and final weight may vary after cleaning. Surmai is delicate and requires gentle handling to prevent the meat from breaking.

Storage & handling

Keep chilled at 0–4°C and cook within 24 hours of delivery, or freeze immediately at −18°C for up to 3 months. Never refreeze thawed seafood.
