Moonfish (Chandni) is a fresh, naturally sourced fish from the Arabian Sea, known for its delicate texture and mild seafood flavor. Perfect for everyday home cooking, it can be prepared in a variety of traditional and modern recipes. Each fish is handled carefully to help maintain its freshness and quality from catch to delivery.

Approximately 300–700 g per fish, depending on the fresh catch and selected order weight.

Storage & handling
Keep chilled at 0–4°C and cook within 24 hours of delivery, or freeze immediately at −18°C for up to 3 months. Never refreeze thawed seafood.
