Description
Needlefish (Kanghi) is a fresh wild-caught fish sourced from the Arabian Sea. It has a firm, flavorful texture and works well for frying, grilling, and traditional Pakistani fish recipes. Carefully handled and prepared according to your preferred cutting style to preserve its freshness and quality.
Size
Approximately 1–3 kg per fish, depending on the fresh catch and your selected order weight.

Minimum order: 2 kg. Weight is calculated before cleaning and cutting. Final delivered weight may vary depending on your selected preparation.
Storage & handling
Keep chilled at 0–4°C and cook within 24 hours of delivery, or freeze immediately at −18°C for up to 3 months. Never refreeze thawed seafood.
